Engineered a reusable interaction library that cut new-module build time from 3 weeks to 1, a 67% reduction that became the foundation of InfiVR's product line. Diagnosed performance bottlenecks to hold 72 to 90 fps on standalone Quest via custom LOD, render-pipeline tuning, and memory optimization. Integrated OpenAI APIs for real-time in-simulation tutoring. Shipped a single Unity codebase simultaneously to Meta Quest, HTC VIVE, PCVR, WebGL, and iPad.

Four-platform delivery per project (Quest VR, PCVR, iPad ARKit, Android ARCore) from a single Unity codebase, working with ICAR researchers to translate domain expertise into accurate, pedagogically sound immersive training.

Real-time surgical training system: a live arthroscope video feed streams PC → Quest and renders on a virtual OR monitor inside an MR passthrough space around a physical dummy knee, enabling surgical visualisation practice without cadaver access. Built the full streaming and synchronisation layer in 5 weeks.

An AR/AI session-monitoring platform for XR field workers. AR glasses running Unity log each session's queries (field-worker prompts with their AI responses) and snapshots (AR frame captures with GPT-4o vision analysis) to a FastAPI backend. Supervisors review sessions live on a React dashboard and ask natural-language questions about any session through an OpenAI-powered intelligence layer. JWT auth enforces strict per-user data isolation, backed by a 43-check end-to-end test suite.
